1. Spam. Spamming is strictly forbidden. Spamming is when you post two same messages at the same time. Spams will be immediately removed by either the Head Co-Admin or the Founder.

2. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.

3. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.

4. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.

5. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be removed.

6. Forum content. This forum is only for the plans and suggestions for designs of WCC. If a content is out of place it will be immediately removed, except for the contents in the Chatting Area.

7. Users. Moderators and super moderators can also join, but only as a regular member.

8. Behavior. Using aggressive behavior, whether passively or verbally, isn't allowed here. If anyone is caught being rude, a warning will be sent to them. We will tolerate once & twice, but a third time, the first warning shall be issued to the user. If user is rude again the second time, 2nd warning shall be issued. If again done, a 3rd warning issued. If still, the user repeats after warning is issued 3 times, the user shall be banned.

9. General information. You may reveal your age, location & birthday but please don't give your home address, name, city, phone number, email address & passwords. If anyone ask you for your password or email address etc, please report to the admins.

10. Advertising. Again, this is not and never a support forum. I will not allow advertising other sites. I, Phebie, strictly now ban advertising.

11. Double posting. Double posting is when you post messages in a row with different content. It is allowed but only when important. If it is not important, please use the edit button instead to add more content. If you'd like to bump a topic, each "bump" should be separated by 24 hours, same rules are applied to non-bump messages.

12. Privacy. Anything that is considered as a secret and is hidden for guests shall only stay within the staff.
