E.g.
Topic: A normal user waiting for his RP character to be approved.

Topic Locked.

A super mod or RP mod locks the topic as the normal user's character was approved or rejected by at least three mods.

I give this character my approval!

A RP mod or super mod gives his approval.

I give this character an "X"!

After days of improving the user's character, a super mod or RP mod gets tired of moderating this character and decided not to give his approval.

Sometimes, you will have to use two tables at once. E.g.
When a suggestion is refused and you locked the topic.

Your suggestion has been refused.

Topic locked and moved to Oblivion.
